Rebecca Fairchild - Owner/Trainer

Rebecca Fairchild grew up an only child to a working single mother, with her main companion being her dog Bear. Even as a young child her family quickly saw that she had a passion for working with dogs, she was always finding ways to communicate, understand, and motivate them.

It was life changing when she was accepted to intern then ultimately selected to join a company working as a detection dog handler in 2014. She also quickly excelled with working the contraband dogs and took on the extra responsibility of an explosives detection dog soon after joining. The fire for training and working with dogs has only grown since.

After moving around the state for a few years, Rebecca is now back in the metroplex and helping dogs and their owners in Denton, Argyle, Corinth and surrounding areas!

Joseph Fairchild - Owner/Trainer

Joseph started with dogs in his teens with herding dogs and livestock guardian dogs to protect the sheep he was raising as an FFA project. Shortly after graduation he entered the Air Force as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician. After almost a decade working alongside dogs on multiple combat deployments and Presidential Secret Service support missions he decided to return to civilian life. He worked blue collar factory jobs as maintenance for several years while helping Rebecca with dogs in his spare time. Then the time came for him to join his wife and the family business full time to help provide the on going support and dedication our customers recieve today.

✨TIPS FROM A DOG PROFESSIONAL✨ ⏳ Time seems to speed up when you have a good dog 💞Enjoy the time you have with them as a baby, it’s CHALLENGING but it’ll be over before you know it 🎓 Take the time to teach them things, or send them to school 👓 Let them SEE the world, but PROTECT them from it 🏔️ Having a puppy and taking them into adulthood is a journey, take it one step at a time . . . it’s OK to feel overwhelmed, it’s OK to get stressed. . . I can’t promise it will be easy, but it will definitely be worth it to put in the work for your baby puppy. . . If you feel like you need help, there are so many resources available, books, videos, classes, and trainers who will guide you through the trials of puppyhood. . . If you need help, don’t wait to reach out to someone for help. I promise no one would judge you or think you’re silly because you’re struggling we all do at some point or another. . 🛠️ Like many things in this world, ecollars are just tools There is a learning process that needs to occur for a dog to understand and be fluent enough to use an ecollar as an off leash granting tool. They must understand first what you are asking, which takes time, repetition and consistency for you! When done well, dogs trained with an ecollar can safely explore the world around them, be involved in more activities, and generally experience more freedom!
